The RN Internship is a paid five-month program offering the new BSN graduate Registered Nurse a unique opportunity to experience a variety of specialty nursing units.

Qualified applicants will complete a panel interview to be evaluated for professionalism, critical thinking, motivation and flexibility. While in this program, the new graduate will have the opportunity to gain experience in a number of different units all under the guidance of a trained preceptor.

Upon completion of the program, the intern is able to select a unit for permanent placement that best matches their interest.

Program Structure

• Five month duration
• Rotate to five different areas
• Intern selects from Acute/Critical Care units

Program Requirements

• New BSN Graduate
• 18 month committment
• Flexible to work a.m. and p.m. shifts
