The B.S.N. Residency is a year long program designed to assist the BSN graduate in the transition from new graduate to competent bedside nurse. The Program places an emphasis on the development of clinical and leadership skills to help the new graduate become a leader at the bedside
All BSN residents will be partnered with a dedicated facilitator/mentor for the duration of the program.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited BSN program within the past 6 months
