General Clinical Research Center



The General Clinical Research Center is a special environment for conducting research involving human subjects and provides carefully controlled conditions for properly collecting specimens, developing and serving appropriate diets, and closely monitoring patients for their medical needs as well as scientific evaluation. In addition, the GCRC staff works closely with principal investigators and study coordinators to ensure that protocol study design is followed.

  • 12 hour shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a
  • Work every 3rd weekend

Nursing Unit Orientation
  • 2 week orientation with a preceptor
