Requires lifting of heavy equipment and climbing ladders.  Prefer 1-3 yrs. exp. in building maintenance or a graduate of an accredited technical school or college.  Must have certification card covering correct methods in using and handling C.F.C. refrigerants, knowledgeable in operation & repair of heating/air conditioning, plumbing, electrical wiring, electronic & pneumatic control systems & good working knowledge of machinery found in machine rooms of physical plant.  Required to take call.  Full time.

Prefer surgery and ophthalmology experience.  Must be willing to rotate call and work late as necessary.  6:45am-3:15pm M-F

9:00am – 5:30pm.  Part Time, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  HS diploma or equiv.  Experience in hospital setting preferred.  Moderately heavy physical activity required.  Transport patients to & from nursing units.  Must be pleasant & polite w/patient contact.
